How do the light modes work?
For cold-white and warm-white models: click once for always-on, twice for night sensing, three times for all-day sensing, and four times to switch off.
Why does night-sensing mode not activate in a bright room?
Night-sensing mode uses light detection and is designed to respond in dark or low-light conditions. Choose all-day sensing if you want motion activation during the day as well.
Can I adjust the brightness?
Cold-white and warm-white models support brightness adjustment with a long press. According to the supplier instructions, the 3-colour model does not include this long-press dimming function.
Which sizes are available?
The supplier offers 10 cm, 20 cm, 30 cm, and 50 cm lengths. Choose the option that best fits your cabinet, wardrobe, bedside, stair, or hallway location.
What charger should I use?
Use the supplied cable with a standard 5V, 1–2A USB power source. Do not use a high-wattage fast-charging adapter, as the supplier warns this may damage the circuit board or battery.
Is the light waterproof?
The supplier does not state a waterproof rating for this model. Use it indoors in dry locations and keep it away from splashes, steam, and submersion.
Is the lampshade scratched when it arrives?
A protective film covers the lampshade during shipping and can look like surface scratching. Peel off the film before first use.
What should I do before using the light?
Before first use:
- Remove the protective film from the lampshade. Marks that appear to be scratches may simply be on this film.
- Fully charge the light using the original charging cable.
- Confirm that you have received the correct model and color option.
- Install the light in a suitable location and test the required operating mode.
How do I operate the Cold White or Warm White model?
Use the button to move through the operating modes:
- Press once: Constant light mode—the light remains on.
- Press twice: Night motion-sensor mode—the light activates when motion is detected in a low-light environment.
- Press three times: All-day motion-sensor mode—motion detection operates during both the day and night.
- Press four times: Turns the light off.
- Press and hold: Adjusts the brightness.
Please note that brightness adjustment is not available on the three-color model.
Why isn’t the motion sensor working during the day?
The night-sensing mode includes a light sensor and is designed to operate in low-light or dark environments. It may not activate correctly when the surrounding area is bright. For motion detection during both the day and night, select the all-day sensing mode.
